You read right! Wildscreen festival, a world-leading wildlife film festival is coming to our hometown, Arusha, and you are invited!

This 2 day festival will be packed with headline talks, panel discussions, workshops, screenings and networking sessions with people from the film industry across the world.

Why Tanzania? 

Tanzania is home the world’s tallest free standing mountain, the world’s largest population of lions, an abundant underwater world, rich cultural heritage and while all of those are in the spotlight, African talent is not getting the same attention. 

That’s why this festival aims to uplift not only African filmmakers but also position Tanzania as a top film making destination. If you’re a tour operator, a conservationist or a young person wanting to expand your network and seek new opportunities, this event is for YOU!

One of the most anticipated activities during the festival is the Wild Pitch, providing the opportunity to pitch your film idea to a diverse team of film making professionals.
